The process of hiring a new employee - as well as the
trials that candidates go through - are almost never
easy on either party. The company doing the hiring
takes several risks:
- Will the new hire
work out?
- Will he/she live up
to the expectations?
- Are they worth the
money they're asking for?
- What is the true
cost of employing the person?
In my case, I know I’m very well-qualified - and
have the references to back up my claim. I'm a
self-starter, extremely dedicated, well spoken, smart,
quick learner, and full of integrity. I'm also
confident that the company I work for will be very
happy with me.

My goal is to be hired as a
permanent employee with a company that knows no
bounds. A company that has as much potential as I
do. However, I'm also a realist - and know that
many companies are hamstrung; they're either
downsizing or, at best, hiring contract employees.
If your company falls into the latter category, we
should still talk. My hourly rate is extremely
competitive - and far less than what most
consulting firms charge. My rate depends upon the
scope of work to be completed and the length of
time we commit to each other. I'm quite sure
you'll be pleasantly surprised at just how
affordable my services are. Of course, if
additional expenses are incurred (such as for
traveling), those will be billed separately.
If you'd like to know something that isn't posted on my
site...or if you're interested in hiring me,
please contact me.
